1/3 cup oats
1/3 cup your choice of flour (I used almond)
2 eggs, 1/2 cup coconut milk
1 tablespoon baking powder
a couple drops of stevia
2 teaspoons butter extract (don't be scared)
1 tablespoon honey
Blend all together then cook as usual
Topped with blueberries, shredded coconut, and honey
