I keep this standard grocery list in my phone. If I run out of something, I put a dot next to it to make it known I need more of it. By no means do I think you need to buy everything on this list every week. Hopefully, a lot of it you will only need to buy every month or two. Also, I try to buy things in larger amounts. It's usually cheaper, and lasts longer, so less trips to the grocery! This is basically a complete layout of everything in my kitchen that I keep in stock.
