Whip 2 eggs with a fork in a bowl
Pour eggs on pan, stove on medium heat
In a separate pan, cook 1/2 red pepper (sliced)
After a couple minutes, add 1/4 cup spinach to red pepper pan
Flip eggs when they are solid enough to stay together
